Robert Trager Chief Executive Officer/President/ Director



Robert is a highly educated professional with several degrees and over 28 years in the residential and  commercial banking industry. He started back in 1992 as a telemarketer working for a mortgage  broker. This is where he obtained the very basic skills and experience that would enable him to  become a successful businessman in his later years. 


He has helped thousands of clients over the  better part of the last three decades obtain loans to buy or refinance homes and commercial  properties all over the United States while helping educate real estate agents on lending programs  and guidelines. He has also brought and continues to bring investment opportunities on small- and  large-scale investments to potential investors.

  

During this time, he has also helped businesses obtain capital to grow and expand. Robert’s  exceptional industry knowledge, ability to structure complex deals, investor relations and network of  lending institutions has enabled him to meet his client needs. He has helped many investors create  substantial wealth through investment opportunities that are sound and secure with as little risk as  possible. More importantly, he has formed concrete relationships, both business and personal that  have become long lasting.  


Through his main company, The Citadel Group & Associates, Robert has consulted on, brokered, and created joint ventures on projects throughout several industries in the United States that have 

23 created jobs, economic growth, increased revenues, and wealth. The vision of Robert is to leave a  lasting footprint on the earth for his family and friends, and to continue to create jobs and  opportunities for others. 


To further this mission and stay with current market trends, Robert has  formed partnerships in both the electric car space and medical field. It is here where he will continue  his mission to create jobs for others, increase business growth and revenues and form lifelong  relationships. Robert’s motto has always been, “Investing my time in your Future”, and he plans to  do exactly that by continuing to help others create and maintain successful careers and businesses.  

Steven B Olivo – Chief Operations Officer/Director

Steven started his journey back in 2007 as a Salesman in a Car dealership. This job showed him the  responsibility, organization, and leadership necessary to become successful. 


He worked there for the  next few years learning everything about the car business from sales and marketing to finance and  operations. During this time, he became proficient in all aspects of the auto industry that would give  him the skills needed in this industry as well as transitional skills for future endeavors.  


In 2009 Steven decided to take an opportunity working with a marketing and advertising company  that would teach him additional skill sets that would make him the successful businessman that he is  today. He learned to master the sale on an entirely different level while creating the growth and  wealth that he has always strived to achieve. It was at this time that he started his own marketing and  advertising business and learned valuable lessons as a business owner that would not only make him  successful, but those around him as well.  


In 2015 he formed a consulting company which conducts business across multiple business sectors.  From this time on, company growth across the multiple industries has grown rapidly and  consistently, making millions of dollars. This has allowed Steven to diversify even further as a real  estate investor where he has bought, sold, and held multiple properties across the United States.  


Today Steven runs several successful businesses as the next chapter begins and he enters additional  business sectors. Steven has currently entered partnerships in the electric car space and medical  space where he will continue to succeed and grow revenues from all businesses that he is involved  in.  

Ian Dixon Financial & Tribal Consultant

Mr. Dixon is also a managing member of  Corporate Regulatory Group, Ltd, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, which provides corporate governance 22 support to enable business entrepreneurs and growing companies to succeed in the capital markets by going  public and potentially accessing large capital funding.  


Mr. Dixon served in the British Army for 9 years as a qualified Electrical and Mechanical Engineer serving in  Germany and Ireland. He has traveled many countries learning cultural and business ethics and has a wide  knowledge of financing methods. In 1988, he became a financial consultant working in the area of project  financial and institutional investment. This involved debt restructuring, IPO’s, Private Placements, Bonds and  other forms of securities. In 1992, he became involved in marketing and research in all areas, including the  advanced technology markets involving direct and multi-level marketing systems and has been coordinating  financial transactions and business developments to this date. 


Mr. Ian Dixon has excellent negotiation skills in business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. He has  extensive knowledge of the laws and cultural aspects of the Asian and developing markets as well as the SEC  laws of the United States. He has been an entrepreneur for many years taking a company from $30,000 in capital  to $15.3M in one year. He has extensive communication skills knowledge of business communications, setting  goals and milestones in all aspects of business. He has a passion for helping others succeed in their goals,  offering solutions and methods learned over the years. 


Educated in England, Mr. Dixon joined the military at 17 years of age. He learned the German language  fluently and to this day still speaks the language and began understanding finance after leaving the military after  9 years of service. He is a man of character, wit, confidence, reliability and determination to succeed. 



Wade Azer VP Operations

Wade Azer has been writing, composing, and inventing since childhood. By age 15 he was hired to  be a lead singer for a local rock band and quickly garnered a following. He would go on to front 

24 several rock bands as their lead singer and work in supporting roles in others as a musician, for RnB,  Country and Pop projects. 


At the age of 18, the young entrepreneur started a rehearsal studios business in Burbank, California.  The facility that he leased and built out into several, fully equipped rehearsal studios would later  become the home of Nickelodeon in Burbank, California, when Nickelodeon purchased the property. 

At age 20 he started a business painting houses, apartments, offices, and stores.


 One of his clients  was so happy with the paint job of her house that she referred him to the Bullock's department store  chain. Bullock's hired his company to paint all of their hair salons, including the salon seats and  furniture. Bullock's subsequently recommended Wade's company to the Broadway and the May  Company department store chains to paint their in-store hair salons as well. 


His company held and  serviced those contracts successfully for years and through the store chains' various mergers, until  they were ultimately reorganized and liquidated. Wade employed many of his friends, some of  whom to this day, credit him for their trade skills and/or their first homes. He went on to form other  businesses and work in many fields after that including the professional audio industry, the computer  industry, fashion, entertainment and more. 


Over the years he would serve in many roles, including technician, lead diagnostician, middle and  upper management and in executive management, as a director in various companies. Wade was  hired as President of Luxury Defined®️ for the sole purpose of setting it up for sale, until it was  successfully sold off. 


Wade Azer has worked as a record producer throughout his life and occasionally hired to work in  film and theater, doing lighting, sound and as a film producer. Currently, Wade runs BigDub  Records. Concurrently, Wade is working to bring his new inventions to market to reduce cost and  extend electric vehicle range by 3x,5x,10x and more with the ultimate goal being unlimited range. 

Allan C Leigh Treasurer

Allan C. Leigh Jr. I received my Bachelor of Science and M.B.A. from St. John’s University in  1992 and 1995 respectively. After graduating, I worked for BDO Seidman, Rubino & McGeehan  and several other Accounting Firms. 


After a decade in Public Accounting, I went to the private  sector. I was hired as the Assistant Controller for Drake Business School, then worked for David  Levin Business Management where I managed John Legend’s business accounts. 


Always being an  entrepreneur at heart, I opened my own Accounting Firm, Excellence in Services, CPA, P.C. My  company provides: Accounting, Auditing, Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, and Consulting Services.
