 The centers are to be called “The

MedTech Center for Regenerative Medicine”. MedTech Wellness Centers will have an array of

services from homeopathic and holistic forms of treatment. The MedTech Women’s Center will

include Sonogram, Ultrasound, Mammography and other services. The onsite MedTech Imaging

Center will include MRI, CT Scan and X-Ray.

Space permitting, a full gym that includes male and female lockers will be onsite. Services like far-

infrared dry saunas, steam rooms, hot and cold tubs, workout areas and sports medicine services

such as chiropractic, physical therapy and athletic training will be included. An all encompassing and

fully functioning wellness center also means services such as General/Family Practice Medicine

(MD, DO, ND) and related typical billing per area like services. The centers plan is also to include

Apothecary services for nutritional supplements, OTC meds and related pharmacy (RX) services.

MedTech plans on having primary care, sports medicine, orthopedic rehab, cardiac rehab and other

similar services. If enough space is available within an existing building or new construction,

MedTech plans on adding a mini lab so basic blood tests and chemistry needs can be done along

with stem cells and PRP. Some of those services are explained more in depth in this overview. There

will also be exam rooms for the physicians as well as offices, along with EKG and other treatment

devices.

In addition, the MedTech Center for Regenerative Medicine plans on having an establishment (store)

inside the building which will sell healthy alternatives such as tropical smoothies, pre packaged

meals, protein powders and other products to meet individual needs. An on site nutritionist is

planned to work in conjunction with physicians to help work with patients and develop individually

suited programs that will create a more healthy lifestyle.

The mission of MedTech is to provide the necessary tools needed in assisting people to take control

of their health. The goal is to assist in the implementation of programs that manage chronic illnesses

through education, testing (when appropriate), wellness programs and wellness products (which

include unique plant based phytocannabinoids). A critical importance MedTech will focus on will be

cellular detoxification and building immune function, making healthy food choices, lifestyle

modifications when indicated or feasible, using targeted supplementation to rebuild and restore

metabolic pathways and managing stress, spiritual awareness and interpersonal relationships.

A cohesive wellness program for individuals will be based on detoxification, diet, exercise, targeted

supplementation, hormone balance (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy), Stress

Management and Connectedness. Doctors and additional support personnel will work with each

patient to develop an individualized program that specifically meets each patient's needs.
